Important notice
- This return policy applies exclusively to orders placed on this official e-commerce store.
- For purchases made through other websites, marketplaces, or physical retailers, returns and support are managed directly by the original point of sale for technical and fiscal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
How the return process works
To submit a return request, please follow the procedure outlined below. Once the returned item has been received and verified by our staff, the refund amount for the returned product will be processed.
Return conditions
- Right of withdrawal (within 30 days): You have 30 days from the invoice or shipping date to return an item free of charge by exercising your right of withdrawal. In this case, we will only accept unused items with their original, intact packaging. For more details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions section.
- Legal warranty for defective items: If the item has a defect, you can take advantage of the 2-year legal warranty, even if the item has already been used.
- Customized items (Tailor Made): The right of withdrawal for personalized products with engravings is excluded according to Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
How to request a return
1. Access your order
You do not need to be a registered user to start the return procedure
- Click on "Find my order" at the bottom of the www.sambonet.com page.
- When the page opens, enter your email address and order number in the “Order tracking” section on the right-hand side..
2. Fill out and submit the request
Once you have checked your order:
- Click the "Return Request" button
- Select the items you wish to return
- Specify the reason for the return
- Submit your request.
After submitting your return request, you can see confirmation of submission:
- if you are a registered user, access your Personal Area
- if you checked out as a guest, use the “Find my order” section
3. Return shipment
After submitting your request, you will receive an email from our Returns Department containing:
- a document to print and include inside the package
- instructions on how to arrange the pick-up with our courier partner
Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure the return is processed correctly.

How to receive your refund
Once we receive and verify the returned items, the refund will be processed promptly. If any issues arise, our Customer Care team will contact you.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase and will correspond to the price of the returned item as indicated on the purchase documents.
