What is Pay in 3 and how does it work?

  • PayPal Pay in 3 is a feature that allows customers to split their purchase into 3 payments, with the 1st payment due at the time of purchase and 2 subsequent payments made on the same date each month. This functionality will be shown to customers as an additional payment option during checkout, once customers have chosen PayPal as their payment method and logged into their PayPal account
  • There are no fees charged to the customer for choosing Pay in 3. 
  • Pay in 3 is available for eligible purchases ranging from 30€ to 2000€ (£25 to £1716). It will automatically appear in the customer's wallet if he/she is eligible.
  • PayPal will debit the monthly instalments from the customer's PayPal account using the financing instrument chosen at the time of purchase. The buyer will receive an e-mail each month before the next instalment is debited. 
  • In case of any questions, please advise your customers to contact PayPal customer support:
  • As any standard PayPal transaction, if a customer wishes to return the product if permitted by the 30-day policy, the refund will be handled as usual

The charge occurs on your account only when you'll receive an email with the confirmation of order.

The reasons for non-acceptance of the payment can be different: try to check the card details entered when ordering as the expiry date, the type and number of paper.

In the event that your order had problems (i.e. some of the items in your order have problems or become no longer available), due to technical and administrative issues, we reject the entire order, deleting the shipping and returns with the full amount you paid.

In this case, you will be promptly notified by email from our Customer Service. If you'll require the same items, you'll need to redo your order at a later time, when the items will come available back again.
