Returns
To place a return request, please follow the procedure below. Once the shipment has been made, after verification by our staff, you will receive confirmation of a credit for an amount equal to the refund of the disputed item.
It is possible to return items free of charge by exercising the right of withdrawal within 30 days from the invoice/shipping date. For further details, please refer to the "Terms and Conditions" section. Defective items can be returned, but only undamaged and unused items will be accepted.
1. Accessing your order
You do not necessarily need to be registered with the Paderno Online Shop to proceed with your return request. Click on "Find my order" at the footer of the page www.paderno.it, when you open the page you can enter your email address and order number as your login details on the right hand side in the "Order tracking" check.
2. Fill in the request
Once the "Order Check" has been checked, display the "Return Request" message and start your request by clicking on the "Request Return" button at the bottom of the screen, specifying the reason.
3. Send your return request
Once you have entered your request, you will receive an e-mail from our Returns Department, which contains the return document o be printed and placed inside the box, as well as information on how to arrange pick-up with our partner courier service.
After receiving and verifying your return, we will proceed to refund the returned items in a short time. Otherwise, you will be contacted by our staff.
The refund will be credited to the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, for an amount equal to the price of the disputed item as indicated on the purchase documents. You can monitor the status of your returns anytime within your "Personal area" for register users or "Order check" for guest users.
